Why can we not simply tell you your old password?
- Because your security comes first! Passwords are encrypted, so nobody can see yours - not even our team. That is why we ask you to set a new one, for your own safety.

Print sharpness follows the file you upload, so please check the quality of your file before sending it. Where possible, check that the resolution is high enough, whether the file is vector or bitmap, and remember that pixels are not the same unit as centimetres or inches. The result also depends on the experience of whoever designed the file.

We do not accept illegal work under any circumstances. If you send us a file that infringes copyright, we reserve the right to cooperate with the police and the legal authorities.

Honestly, "there can be a slight variation" - but we can manage it!

Every print run has factors that shift the colour a little. Here is the detail:

- Reprinting the same file with us: the colour may vary by 3-5%
(Optional extra: if you need high accuracy of +/-2%, we offer ISO standard colour matching for just 50 baht per run.)

- Comparing colour with another shop, or on a different material: there are many more variables - different machine specifications and different inks - so a direct comparison is not possible.
(Optional extra: we can tune the colour as close as +/-2% for you; the colour setup fee is 300 baht for the first run per design.)

- Choosing the press: we have machines suited to both RGB-toned and CMYK work, and we pick whichever fits your job best.

Screens show colour in RGB (light) while printing uses CMYK (ink). The two systems cannot be compared directly, so the colour on screen may always differ from the actual print.

We only judge colour on calibrated monitors, to stay as close to the actual print as possible.

Work with a surface coating also comes out slightly darker than the original file.

You can scan the QR code and transfer the payment during the ordering steps, then upload your transfer slip to confirm the payment.

Yes. The system keeps your order for 5 days so you can pay later. Go to "Account -> Order history -> Awaiting payment" and press "Pay now" to complete the payment.

If the payment you report through the system turns out to be short of the full amount, we set the order back to "Awaiting payment" and adjust the amount due so you can transfer the remaining balance.

Please contact our admin team on Facebook chat, LINE, email or by phone and give us your order number so we can check it. If we find that you have overpaid, we will refund the difference within 3 business days.

We mainly use Flash Express express delivery. If a problem comes up, we use Thailand Post EMS as a backup.

If the courier delivers a parcel with a badly crushed box, you may refuse to accept it at your own discretion - photograph it and tell the courier.

If you have already accepted the parcel, please photograph the damage to the box and film a video while you open it, checking whether the printed work inside is damaged too. If it is not, the delivery counts as completed even if the box is crushed.

If the printed work is damaged, send us the unboxing video as evidence so we can claim with the courier company. Claims are paid on the actual damage, up to a maximum of 2,000 baht per box.

We are currently working on adding a parcel protection service. We will let you know once it is ready.

Inki Digital Printing Co., Ltd. and the courier company are not liable for loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to electrical or magnetic damage to, or the erasure of, electronic or photographic images, data or recordings; any defect or characteristic related to the condition of the printed work, even where we and the courier company were already aware of it; and any act or omission by a person neither we nor the courier company employs or contracts with - for example the sender, the recipient, a third party, a customer or other government officials ("force majeure", for example earthquake, cyclone, storm, flood, fog, war, plane crash, embargo, riot, civil unrest or industrial action).
