The two channels complement each other:
Phone number - lets you sign in easily and adds security by helping to prevent impersonation and fraud.
Email - can be used to sign in just like your phone number, and is the main channel for confirming orders, checking the status of your print jobs and receiving news about your orders.
We understand - file uploads can go wrong sometimes, and we are glad to help!
The condition is that we produce exactly the file you confirmed, so once production has started it can no longer be changed. But if you have only just placed the order and the job has not gone on the press yet, there may still be time to change the file.

Why can we not simply tell you your old password?
- Because your security comes first! Passwords are encrypted, so nobody can see yours - not even our team. That is why we ask you to set a new one, for your own safety.
Honestly, "there can be a slight variation" - but we can manage it!
Every print run has factors that shift the colour a little. Here is the detail:
- Reprinting the same file with us: the colour may vary by 3-5%
(Optional extra: if you need high accuracy of +/-2%, we offer ISO standard colour matching for just 50 baht per run.)
- Comparing colour with another shop, or on a different material: there are many more variables - different machine specifications and different inks - so a direct comparison is not possible.
(Optional extra: we can tune the colour as close as +/-2% for you; the colour setup fee is 300 baht for the first run per design.)
- Choosing the press: we have machines suited to both RGB-toned and CMYK work, and we pick whichever fits your job best.
