Terms of Service

When you register or use an account, you agree that:

• The details you provide at registration and in your shipping addresses are true, complete and up to date
• You will keep your password confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account
• You will tell the Company immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account
• The Company may suspend or close an account that is misused, registered with false details or in breach of these Terms

• Prices on the website are in Thai baht and are calculated from the product, size, material, finishing options and quantity you choose
• The Company may change prices and product options without notice; this does not affect orders that have already been paid for
• An order is complete only once the Company has received and confirmed your payment. Adding items to the cart or creating an unpaid order does not reserve a production slot
• Discount coupons and promotions are subject to the conditions published for each offer and cannot be exchanged for cash
• The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example where a price was displayed in error, the artwork cannot be produced or the content is unlawful. Paid orders that are cancelled by the Company are refunded in full

Before confirming an order, it is your responsibility to check that:

• The artwork is a PDF that meets the website’s file requirements and matches the size of the product you selected
• Spelling, text, layout and page count are exactly as you intend
• The file uses the CMYK colour mode and includes bleed as recommended. RGB files or files without bleed may print with colours and edges that differ from what you see on screen
• The on-screen preview is a simulation for checking purposes only. Colours vary between screens and are not the colours that will be printed

• You warrant that you own, or are properly licensed to use, every image, typeface, logo and piece of content in your artwork. Checking copyright is the responsibility of the person submitting the file; the Company acts solely as a printing service provider
• The Company will not produce work that infringes copyright, trademarks or personal rights, or that is unlawful, defamatory or contrary to public order or good morals, and reserves the right to cooperate fully with the authorities
• If a third party makes a claim arising from your printed work, you agree to be responsible for it and to compensate the Company for any resulting loss
• You remain the owner of your artwork. You grant the Company a licence to reproduce and store the file only as needed to produce, ship and reorder your work
• The Company will only use images of your printed work for promotion when you give your consent during checkout
• The Inkiprint name, logo, website design and online design tool are the property of the Company and may not be copied or used without permission

• Full payment is required before production begins, through the methods the website supports, such as bank transfer or online payment
• For bank transfers, please submit your payment notification and proof within the time stated on the order. Orders left unpaid past that time may be cancelled automatically
• The production time starts once the Company has confirmed receipt of your payment
• Receipts and tax invoices are issued from the details you enter on the order, so please check them before confirming

• Printed colours may differ from your screen and from a previous print run by roughly 3–5% for technical reasons, and may shift slightly with a gloss or matte coating
• Cutting and die-cutting have a standard tolerance of roughly 1–2 mm, so edges, or the alignment between front and back, may be slightly off
• Production takes approximately 3–5 working days from payment confirmation, and may take longer when bleed has to be added, for large quantities or in the event of force majeure. Quoted times are estimates, not guarantees
• The Company reserves the right to decline claims where colour or cutting variance falls within the tolerances above, or where the artwork was not prepared according to our guidelines

• The Company ships through courier services to the address given on your order and sends you the tracking number once the parcel is on its way
• Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on the product and destination. Transit times are the courier’s estimates
• Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. The cost of re-delivery due to an incorrect address or a missed delivery is your responsibility
• If a parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, please photograph the box and its contents and contact the Company right away so we can take it up with the courier

• You can cancel an unpaid order at any time from your orders page
• A paid order can be cancelled, or its artwork changed, only before it enters production; contact the Company as soon as possible. Once production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded
• If the goods you receive have a production defect caused by the Company or do not match your order, please let us know with photos within 7 days of delivery. The Company will reprint or refund as appropriate
• Refunds are returned through the same method you paid with, within 7–14 working days of the Company approving the refund

• The Company’s liability for any order is limited to a reprint or a refund of no more than the value of that order
• The Company is not liable for indirect loss, lost business opportunities or costs arising from the use of the goods you receive
• The Company is not liable for delays or loss caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters or disruption to transport services
• The website and its online design tool are provided as is. The Company may take the website down for maintenance or change its features from time to time
